• ​Security Deposit required: $25/cc at check in

• Additional one-time fee: $25 linens or bring your own towels and sheets

• Pet Addendum: Additional one-time fee: $25 small dog under 25 lbs.

• 1 Queen size bed

• Bunk beds 

• Couch folds into bed

• Sleeps: 1-6

• Includes heat, A/C, electric, water, septic

• Complete kitchen, foil, baggies, Keurig K cup coffee machine, etc

• Picnic table with firepit

• Proof of minimum age of 21 years required
