• Nightly Rates - 3 night minimum​, $250/night + 9% lodging tax

• Children over the age of 5 years only 

• Additional one-time fee: $25 linens or bring your own.

• Security deposit required: $200 held on cc

• Sleeps: 4 people, 2 beds - 1 queen size bed main floor, 2 twin size beds (ability to climb Tiny house ladder)

• Queen size loft bed (ability to climb and crawl!)

• Complete kitchen, toaster, cookware, foil, Keurig K cup machine, etc

• Compete bathroom with 32" x 32" shower & hair dryer

• Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out is at 10 am

• Includes heat, A/C, electric, water, septic

• Built in drawers and sliding doors

• Outside fire pit and picnic table

• Proof of minimum age of 21 years required

• No pets allowed.
