RATES - does not include 9% lodging tax

  • Nightly Rates - 2 night minimum​

           

           May 6 - May 31         $150/night

           June 1  - Sept 30       $200/night

            October 1 - October 16     $150/night

  • Signed agreement

  • Additional one-time fee: $25 linens or bring your own.

  • Security deposit required: $200 held on cc

  • Sleeps: 2 people 

  • Queen size loft bed (ability to climb and crawl!)

  • Complete kitchen, toaster, cookware, foil, Keurig K cup machine, etc

  • Compete bathroom with 32" x 32" shower & hair dryer

  • Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out is at 10 am

  • Includes heat, A/C, electric, water, septic

  • Built in drawers and sliding doors

  • Outside fire pit and picnic table

  • Proof of minimum age of 21 years required
