Campground/Cabin Season:

  • May 15 - October 31 ( Weather permitting)

Payment Terms and Conditions:

  •  Checks and cash are the preferred form of payment

  • Credit Cards will be accepted as a last resort form of payment and for deposits on rental units

  • If booking for 3 days or less payment in full is requested

  • 3 night minimum stay on ALL holidays

  • A deposit of 1/2 the total price of your stay is required for all reservations

  • 1 Tent/Camper per site, 2 adults and 2 children per site, unless other arrangements have been approved with management.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 100% Refund of deposits if cancellation 30 days prior to reservation

  • 50% Refund of deposits if within 30 days of reservation

  • 0% refund of deposits within 7 days of reservation

  • 0% refunds if you have to leave early or if the weather is poor

Additional Fees:

  •  A/C or electric heat usage: $3 per day used. (applies to campsites not rental units)

  • 4 persons per site, additional adult $5/night, additional child $3/per night



  • Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am, our preference is for all campers to be checked in by 9 pm.

  • Car or RV washing is not permitted

  • Sleeping hammocks and clothes lines are permitted only to be strung in trees located in the primitive sites, not on the water front as the trees struggle to stay on the banking as it is. 

  • Do not cross through another campsite.

  • Music needs to be kept to a minimum, if not at all.

  • No dumping gray water on the ground. Please utilize the outside sink for dishes at the shower house.

  • Please do not move picnic tables from site.

  • Sites 9 -18, no cars to be parked on site.

  • Please call if you are going to arrive after 6 pm to set up

Check out:

  • Camp sites: check in after 1 pm, check out 11 am.

  • Rental Units:  check in after 3 pm, check out 10 am.


  • All visitors MUST register at the office and provide id.

  • Day Visitors: $2 per person per day, park in guest parking, and leave by 9 pm.

  • Overnight Visitors: $5 per person per day, park in guest parking and leave by 11 am.


  • Any injuries or accidents that require medical attention need to be reported to the office.

  • DRIVE SLOWLY follow posted limit on campground 

  • Bike riding during daylight hours only. Helmets for children under 12. No speeding.

  • Only 1 family (2 adults and 2 children under 18), one car per campsite.

  • Motorbikes, electric skateboards, scooters, ATV’s and golf carts are not permitted to be driven on the campground Only designated handicapped person is permitted to operate handicap scooter.

  • Parents are not to leave children under 21 alone or unsupervised

  • Shore Trail is the only designated area with which to access the water front. Due to the natural surroundings, walking along the shoreline is at your own risk.

  • There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.


  • Fire is dangerous. Please fully douse fire out when unattended.

  • Use of fire is always at your own risk.

  • Fireworks, air soft, pellet or paintball guns are not permitted on campground property.

Trash & Recycle:

  • All trash must be bagged and put in the dumpster including clam and lobster shells.

  • Recycle all bottles and cans in designated area.


Pet Policies - Dogs, Cats, Birds, etc

  • Must be under control (leashed and minimal noise) and cleaned up after at all times.

  • Do not leave pets unattended in RV/camper/tents.

  • Please do not chain your pet to any campground buildings, trees or property.


  • Campers booking for less than 2 days, are subject to site changes at the campground owners discretion

Shower House:

  • Shower house is cleaned between 11-1 daily

  • Please be sure to turn off the water and lights when you are done
